Excuse me, but I just need some clarifications and answers. You see, just this morning, my friend and I had problems loading this site. I waited for about five minutes until it asked if I would like to retry loading it, which I did. But still it wouldn't let me!

I know if it just happened to me, then something is wrong with my computer, but it happened to both my friend and me! I know I shouldn't worry, but it just gets so frustrating! Has this happened to anyone else? Was it maintenence? Thank you!

I had the same problem throughout much of the afternoon, so it isn't just you. It's in all likelihood just server issues; maintenance or that 1% downtime that's implicitly stated when they advertise their 99% server uptime. Hopefully just a normal but improbable occurrence.

I have seen this happen a few times since joining, usually it is server related. Once it was just website related. Generally maintinance will be announced and you willl be redirected to a different page telling you the site will be back up in XXXX number of hours/minutes.

Best bet is to be patient and bide your time until everything comes back up.

Yesterday when I was trying to load the site I couldn't get on at all... So don't worry, it was a general problem, not just you ;3

I had it yesterday all day.
And today on and off.

And since the loading problems yesterday started, I haven't been able to access Vbcommerce...

Anyone else who can't???

huh, Vbcommerce worked for me, although I couldn't get on yesterday until the afternoon. I thought it was my computer but it was just a lazy server.

Cause I can still not access Vbcommerce...
Not that I'm a frequent Vbcommerce user or something.
Just bugs me, this, err, bug.

It was TFF in general but everything looks fine now.

I think it must have been a server thing.
Probably some overloading or something.
Caus it wasn't down all the time, just inaccessable from time to time.

Well, duh. Because the Admins are changing our usernames, which was why you couldn't access the page.

Uh, no... I think that they have an Admin Control Panel for that. I got my name changed twice while still online. I just had to re-log on afterward with my new user name.

Seriously, if TFF would go down for 5 hours every time someone had his/her name changed, the site would literally never be online...

Howdy, Just jumping in here. Indeed Server related issues but resolved now. I have TFF on a dedicated along with about 4 other small/med sites... Every blue moon something will get hung up. Sorry for the trouble though!

Update: actually running updates on the server right now that should help with keeping everything stable, so you may notice just a few hiccups in the next hour or so.

I don't know if it's just me but this afternoon (like 10 hours before this post, go figure), I had another problem getting on TFF. The problem comes and goes when it's there, and when I try again later, it's just gone.
