Suggestions and Feedback Rules

All standard TFF Rules apply here. There are also additional rules:

1. Posting a topic: Please check the active topics before you post. Your suggestion, feedback, or bug could already have a topic. If you create a topic about something already being actively discussed, your topic will be deleted.

2. Bugs/Layout issues: If you find a bug/layout problem post the issue with all the information about it you can.Harassment, personal attacks, etc, whether intended or not WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

Example:
OK: "Merlin the templates aren't all the same. Some features are missing from ___. Could you check it out? Thanks!"
WRONG: "Merlin, are you stupid or just lazy? The templates are screwed up!!!"

The staff will review every bug/layout issue and solve it as quickly as possible. Keep it clean folks. You might not see us post often, but we are working hard to make this place great. We don't notice everything, so be nice and post maturely. Thanks.

Answer System

The Answer System allows the staff to answer questions of users and give users a clear indicator that their suggestion, bug, etc has been looked at. The system is currently being tested, so if you find a bug, please let me know.

Currently, the creator of the topic and the Administrators can label a post the 'best answer'. The best answer to a topic will be listed at the top to make it easy to find. I am probably going to give S-Mods the ability to select them as well. I might disable the ability for the topic-creator from selecting the best answer, but it just depends on how things go and what people think about it.

It is pretty straightforward overall and really doesn't need a big explaination. The panel in the forum on the right side currently lists random people as the 'top' answerers only because there isn't anyone answering things yet. Once we do, that will obviously fix itself.
