Fuzz...I’m really disappointed, because I spended all my points on post counts. And I’m still am a Black Mage. I want my points back. Men now I'm going to have to start from the beginning. Fuzz can you please fix this bug. Other wise I want my points back.

Grrrrr... that's not the color I asked for. Fuzz I'm not only disappointed I'm really mad. And to make it worse when I remove it I didn't get anything back( points). Fuzz is it just me or the whole thing is mess up.

Also when I removed my Italic and that red color( with by the way wasn't the one I asked for). They still appear( I don't want that red color).

Fuzz I know I have many complains on the eStore, but I hope you understand me. It is just too damn buggy. It may work for other user, but for me it’s just not working.

Ahh...Fuzz. not only I'm still a black mage. The experience meter has restart from the beginning.

Dont' worry about anything! the whole point I enabled the store was for complete user testing. If you lose points I will give them back, we need to try to work together on this.

I believe I fixed your problem. You are now moved up 2 ranks to a red-mage... it appears the user titles/ranks counter needs to be reset after you purchase the 50+ posts item. I will see if there is a way to automate it... if not, we will just have to wait for one of the server mandated udpate twice a day... (i'll see if I can automate it, so we dont have to wait for the rank to upgrade)

There are no refunds at the momemt either... it is just the way the store is designed. So be very cautious on what you purchase and what color you use. I would suggest looking up a color wheel and using HEX code to make a precise color #000000, etc.

Your exp. bar moved back down b/c of your gained 50+ posts, i bet... as for the italizing and colors, nothing I can do there, just be careful on what you buy... hopefully some type of refund will be added to the system... If you lost a few Gold and are upset about it, don't hesitate to PM me. I expect for the 1st week we will slowly unfold all the bugs, but that is what I want... so I dont mind any compensations. Thanks

Deny access of another user to a forum? That's bogus. Scrap that one and the gain forum access while you're at it.

The e is for electronic -- just like, say, email. Or eBay.

Fuzz -- I think it was the tax. I didn't realize it then, but I only had like 5200-something, and couldn't cover the tax. Damn taxes. And I bought 1150 points worth of stuff that I later changed, but that was like "I wonder how this would look, oh, don't like it, I'll change it" -- so if you want to refund, sure, if not, no biggie.

I'd suggest (anybody), to find the color you want, look through all the colors for text in a normal post -- just click "Go Advanced", and look through the colors there. Worked fine for me.

Might be a little confusing for the first week or so, until we figure out exactly how it works -- like the thing with losing money on a failed Thief attempt -- but it seems pretty good. I might suggest more things to buy -- like increased percentage for success of Thief, perhaps? -- but it looks like it'll turn out pretty good as it is.

The only thing that "worries" me is that this might encourage some spammy posts -- the Levels and Experience were one thing, then the Ranks, and now that the Gold means something, you never know. Hopefully not, though, of course.

Thanks for pointing those problems out Len, it made me realize the counter problem, so I'm greatful. I'm glad you like the eStore... We COULD change the name if want, haha... eStore was just the default... Any ideas on a new name guys? Doesn't take long to change, (Item Shop, Shoppe, Store, there are probably more creative ones, haha)

Jin - thanks...! didn't know those were still active, they're gone! we can always enable them later, but I see no sense in it... remember I will add more items later through-out the week, so we can afford to take a few useless ones down.

Sas - whew, i'm glad it was the tax... Damn capitalism! We could disable the taxes, but I kind think they add a cool element. If/when you do try to purchase thief immunity again, let me know if it works... it should though. Also, I raised the success rate to 35%...? does that seem better or is 50-50 the way to go? I thought the success rate should be a teeeence lower to keep it more realistic. and YES this may indirectly encourage spam, which is great! now us mods/admin/and s-mods have some action to look forward too, haha... Hopefully this will be a reinforcer for quality posts and not spam, but we'll just have to see.

Ok well on TFF Dark on my Mozilla Firefox Browser it is Gray, that is all I can tell you. It sure as hell isn't green. I see no glow though, as stated earlier in this thread, those who use Firefox can't see the glows.

Just a small bug...

When you go to the bank, it tells you when your next interest will occur. However, if you don't have any money in the bank, then it tells you...

This might have happened if you used the C gettime() function (or whatever it's called) that gets the current time in ms since 1970, but you forgot to give the variable some default value if the user has never used the bank before. Try setting all users' "next interest" time to -1 by default and changing it only when they make a deposit; then, if you see a -1 value you know to spit out an error message ("Sorry, but you don't get interest unless you deposit points first").

Oh, and I agree about the +50 posts thing being bad. Perhaps you could replace that with, "+50 posts for purposes of increasing your rank, but doesn't affect your actual post count." For example, if I make 150 posts and then buy that, I get to be a "Soldier", but my post count still says 150, not 200.

EDIT: Oh, and question - what's the point of the bank anyway? Or rather, why wouldn't you deposit all your points in there. Unless you're planning on using them immediately, depositing everything gives you permanent thief immunity without having to shell out cash for it and has the added bonus of getting interest.

Still part of same edit: Also, are you sure you want to allow people to buy their way into admin forums? What if a known troublemaker buys their way into the admin forum where his behavior is being discussed?

And still same edit: Any chance we could see some compatibility with Firefox? If not, at least put warning labels on products that will only work with IE so I don't waste my hard earned Gold on them.

And finally: Why "Gold" and not "Gil?"
