Famitsu's publisher Enterbrain will release a DVD titled 'Re: Final Fantasy XIII' on December 13th 2008 for ￥2,625 (Japanese). That's around US$27.55 just for the record. The DVD is said to contain both 'play footage' from Final Fantasy XIII and the trailers from DKΣ3713 and TGS2008 and can be preordered from the Amazon Japan online store. Translated Amazon Japan Page

Inventory | Good question. And one I cannot currently find the answer to, but I'd imagine it wouldn't as it's a 50 minute DVD that at very minimum is mostly (if not completely) composed of trailers from events such as DKS3713, JUMP FESTA 2008 and TGS2008. If I find anything more concrete I'll add it in.
