chocobos? airships?

Is it possible to own your own chocobo,and/or your own airship in FF XI?

Airship, no. You can just ride public airships that run on a schedule once you get a pass.

You can raise your own chocobo. They can be either yellow, red, blue, green, or black. You can call it in any area that you can normally ride a rental chocobo in.

Could I breed chocobos until I get a Golden chocobo,like you could in Final Fantasy VII?

Is the black chocobo the chocobo that can cross over mountains,rivers,oceans,and maybe even fly? I want an all terrain chocobo that can go anywhere,and everywhere.

All of the colors are the same. They're just normal chocobos that go over normal terrain.

you gotta do chocobo quest and that takes like 4 hours of sitting there casting buffs... haha.

and you need airship pass and that cots 500,000 gil
or you obtain rank 5

No, you cannot. Chocobos can only go where you can go on foot; they are merely there to speed up travel time. They also will refuse to go into dungeon areas, as with previous installments.
