I got my summoner to 37 today, for my whm sub.
My ls leader asked me to meet him when I was 75whm/37smn.
So I meet up with him today. He trades me and what do I get?
A noble's tunic ^^ *grins*

wow, i guess ima noob, all i got done was gobbiebag 2 and made a out-tanked a galka war a lvl higher than me. (26 hume war/mnk at the time)

3 fights, one voke......AFTER the whm died. i did my best, but that galka sucked. lol

I guess I've been very fortunate lately. I got my last item for my Black Belt!!!!!
Other ls on my server that I'm friends with claimed Nidhogg and gave me the beard. So hell yeah, black belt now. Also got my rostrum pumps finally and bought a penitent's rope.

Hehe, nice work Usagy.. I'm still 1/3 on the Brown Belt items and I'm starting to lose interest to be honest >_< Nue is easy enough to camp, but Morbol? blah. SE totally rigged that one for the 21-24hr spawn rate. Should be every 2 hours at the most. But moving on.

On the verge of Cooking 90
I applied my 3rd Scythe Merit.
And I FINALLY got all the staging points for assault.

Last night when a friend went afk, and I went ahead and got the staging point.. on the journey back I managed to aggro one of those damn Imps (note: I was on RDM62, not DRK75) and I managed to run like a bitch to the Ilrus Atoll gate but I was getting raped, so I *HAD* to Chainspell Cure IV (thanks to a Thundaga II >_>) then Warped my ass out of there. Landed back in Whitegate with like.. 180 HP 65 MP or something of the sort.

Was fun.

hehe....had fun this morning....decided to play with my SAM10 a bit, went to South Gusta, in the LL area, hoping it would spawn and not kill me too fast so I could Meikyo Shisui on it....what followed was total ownage. o.O;

Dia to LL, 1 normal melee hit, Tachi:Enpi, Meikyo, Enpi, dead...a SAM11 dropped LL in under 6 seconds, and got the boots to boot! ^^b

I took this game back to the store once and got my money back because this game sucks big time, online FF should have NEVER been released, it has no real storyline or anything. In my opinion a very pointless game.

It has a very deep storyline to it. You obviously did not play it long enough to figure that out. Mission 4, for instance, shows that not all beastman are evil and that they have souls just like the other races. It was really quite touching. FFXI is a vast world with a lot of story... it just isn't spoon-fed to you the minute you waltz into town... you have to do some legwork.

I find it hard to believe that you took it back to the store and got your money back. Most if not all places that sell media and software will not take it back once it is opened. Once it is used, the key is invalid and they have no way of reselling it... meaning a dual loss in profit. So, your story seems rather shoddy. In either case, this topic is not for that.

Still, its not a very strong storyline in my opinion and I did play it long enough to get to Mission 4 and yes the store did take it back with no problems.

Taking FFXI back to the store isnt an in-game accomplishment either so.. as funny as you may think you made it sound, well, its spammalicious and I didnt find it amusing. Dont post in this thread again unless its an actual in-game acheivement..

Moving on.

My Ninja is about to hit Level 29.
..only real major achievement as-of late, with San d'Oria in last place I have to run around to all 3 cities to get ingredients to skill up cooking. Waiting for San d'Oria to be in 2nd place atleast so I can get my cooking up to date*. Cooking @ 89.7

* When Sandy is in 2nd place (atleast) the npc stores can provide me with all the items I need, for cheap, etc.

I finally got a job to 50! Now with RDM50, I have to work on the dreaded cap quest. I'm so not excited. I got the mold already, just have to get the other two.

Finally busted the 90 mark in Cooking, currently on 90.8.. I got 1.1 levels on Cooking yesterday during that short-lived stint, ahh its good to have Sandy in 2nd place atleast.

I'll be attending a Dynamis-Jeuno on Thursday too, hopefully a piece of my DRK relic will drop ^_^-b
