I will admit that when I heard his name said in Kingdom Hearts as Tee-dus, I was like, "who the heck is that?" Oh, and Selphie in KH2 pronounces it "Tie-dus", which REALLY threw me through a loop. Inventory   | Tie-Dus sounds alot better than Tee-dus, thats just awkward .but theres this name "controversy' and then with Aerith and Aeris also,which actually got mixed up in translation ,In japanese FFVII i believe its Aerith and when they translated it into english they made the mistake of Aeris,therefore thats the reason why they brought the original name back to KH, well thats why i think they name her Aerith in Kh.dont quote me on this! | ||||||||||||

Inventory | Yeah Wakka calls him Tee-dus in KH. I was like YES! And then Selphie goes and calls him Tie-dus just like that in the next game. But oh well it's not like anything in that game is canon anyway... Like Setzer. -cough- Tie-dus sounds like a common americanization (is this a word?) to me. Or well. Not that either, but Tee-dus just sounds better and less...normal to me. Though the FFX cast doesn't have very "fantasy" like names anyway really. Lulu. Auron. Hmmm. But they work. | ||||||||||||
