The Greatest Aeon(s)

Anima is awesome, but man is she creeeepy!

I'd have to say that the Magus Sisters were my favorite. They definitely came in handy during the Monster Arena, especially against Cactuar King.

The coolest Aeon has got to b Yojimbo hes cool but it dose suck that you need to pay him and its almost imposible to get his overdrive.

I also like the Megus sisters they are just so ungodly powerful.

Anima looks creepy...and painful...but she's cool because of her strong attack that includes status attacks...

I don't really like the Magus Sisters because the first time I saw them, they gave me a bad impression... (let them do what they want and two of them did nothing... -_-")

Other than what I said above, all Aeons are cool...

Spoiler: Near the end in Zanarkand, as you step onto a platform the pyreflies re-arrange and show one of Seymour's memories as a child. I haven't played the game for a while, from my recollection Seymour is yelling at his mother: Seymour: "No! Mother, no! I don't want you to become a fayth!" / Seymour's mother: "There is no other way. Use me and defeat Sin. Only then will the people accept you." / Seymour: "I don't care about them! I need you, Mother! No one else!"

Yeah, I cried a little there. Poor baby Seymour. But my point is,

Anyway, what's my favourite aeon? I have two.

Anima, because of HER interesting back story, and unbelievable strength.

Ixion, Because of the way it looks. With it's long legs it almost looks kind of gangly, But it's so strong. I also think that it's one of the most underrated aeons. Beautiful sequence, strong attack.

Anima Is the best hands down, His entrance is awesome, the Pain attack is crazy and his overdrive is the best cause he's the Aeon from hell!!

Doesn't Behamut cause more damage then any other aeon in the game...I'm pretty sure it does. I remember his attacks doing between 50,000 and 60,000 damage a piece. So Imma say Behamut. Just because Animas overdrive looks cool dont mean he/she's the greatest, but it does look kool though.

I said Bahamut. I almost said Ixion, because it's a great alternative to Quezacotl or Ramuh, but how can you say no to the king of all dragons? You can't. Bahamut has always been a highlight to any Final Fantasy game, and deserves a lot of credit for being there.

hard to decide i would go with the magus sisters because they can heal each other and they still have many turns and speed is really important at the end of the game. and also the bee sister when maxed out with the special attack that hits many times at once can be useful near the end of the game.

but unlike the sisters anima you can control and when you power up anima he can do lots of damage and his attack also delays some enimies the only thing is he can not heal himself because he is not a certain type of element so you need to use all those items to teach him some healing spells.

From where I am in the game right now, I'm going with Shiva. When she goes into Overdrive and all she does is snap her fingers and BAMB. Enemy dead. (Er, well, usually.)

I've played FFX 3 times through the end and still haven't done *everything*. IMO, each aeon has it's unique properties that make it great in one setting and totally weak in others. Shiva is my fav just because she looks so hot (for being an Ice Queen lol).
