What do YOU think of Tidus??? :confused: - Page 11

Wow, erm. I hate him.

He's the ultimate Final Fantasy jock. Funny thing, actually, I had an avatar of him on here for about six - eight months. I liked it because of the colours, but I hate him.

He's just not the type of guy I like. Too emotionally unstable, and I need somebody to have some strength.

He just lacked it immensly.

Even though he was pretty emotional, I really enjoyed his character...his range of emotions was what kept alot of situations alive. Even though he did seem pretty immature, I think throughout his experiences he's learned alot of things and built on his maturity level a bit. So yeah I think he's a cool guy.

I put he's cool I guess. He was an ok character. I didn't really not like him. He just wasn't one of the best characters in the game. I can see why people really don't like him, but I think that he is an ok character, especially if you compare him to someone like Kimahri.

He was fine. There was nothing wrong with Tidus. He was a breath of fresh air as far as FF main characters went. He wasn't a mute mutant emo arrogant asshole soldier like all the others. He did what he did and he tried to be cheerful. Granted he wasn't to be rated among the very wise nor the greater warrior. I think that if I knew him personally he might eventually get on my nerves. But nothing wrong with a change-up.

I really like him, Maybe he has no match of Squall and the others but he was just fine and I like his sword

Really didn't like him.
Too much of a pointless jock who seemed to just turn up, not be that phased about the whole destruction of all he's ever known, joined a party of people that pretty much immediately trusted him with the fate of the world.
And just didn't like his character, that said I honestly haven't liked many of the lead characters in the later ones.

I think Tidus was all right but he's no Cloud or Zidane. I think Tidus brought FF into a new age of possiblities. He has good abilities and overdrives but his overdrives are too flashy. Past limit breaks were awesome to see but even through his overdrives are powerful, its just not entertaining to watch.
