I al;so used the alchemist, Dark Knight Strtegy and it took me a long time to take it down

I used two dark knights and an alchemist. I understand what you feel, Ive gone to level 80 just to kill that wreck. The dark knights must have confuse proof, the poison and silence do not really matter. The alchemist must also have x-potion in her stash to use x-potions as frequent as you like. You can also use mega potions if you like.

first time sucked...second time i was level 89 just 2000 exp away from being level 90. I used all my special dresspheres till they were all ko'd ate each and every part. Then i had a Dark knight, Berserker and Gun mage...they had all the abilites possible. The poor thing didn't know what hit him.

And yeah, you can also use a gunner with a catnip, but it would be TOO EASY. Its like dead in about 20 mins or less perhaps. But I suggest, if youre so frustrated in killing it, then do that. Catnip is in Bevelle, in the dungeon at the right of the temple. Beat the Black Elemental and the treasure chest containing the VERY useful item would be yours. But if youre dying to have a challenge, I suggest you create your own combination of jobs. The most common perhaps is the Dark Knight and Alchemist party. They are so popular to the public!

I'eve beaten that monster when the girls were lv65.It was damn hard.I used the darkknight & berseker dressspheres.I kept attacking with yuna healing with x potions & mega potions with rikku & i kept hitting with paine while with the berseker sphere & equipped with the cat nip.This,when low on hp lets you deal 9999 points of hp.I also used the special dressspheres,but they were weak,so i mostly used the previous strategy.I gor an awfukky high numbers of Kos though.The boss has about 365000 HP,so it's only natural.It requires patience-focus more on the head
