[Tiger Lily]

There be a piece that plays twice (to my knowledge) in the game. Sounds like a Scottish or Irish (celtic-sounding should suffice..) jig.
It's played:

1. At the party Selphie and Irvine throw for Squall upon becoming commander - but only if you don't choose the instruments that play Eyes on Me or Julia or Roses and Wine of whatever it's called.

2. When you've completed the entire Shumi Village side quest, it's the new theme music for the Village.

If anyone knows what it's called, I will pay you in cookies and love if you can tell me. I've listened to the soundtrack and gotten Craven to listen to the soundtrack and still have no idea. Is it... A hidden track? Is it just not loved enough to make the soundtrack? Or are Craven and I just not listening to the right songs?

Is it this? Jig Concert. If so, that's the title listed on the soundtrack, as far as I know. I've always liked that one too, I always have them play it at the party. ^-^ Kind of River Dance-y with the tapping haha. Definitely one of the more fun pieces in the game.
