A: An X-Potion only restores HP to 100% whereas an Elixir heals status ailments AND restores HP to 100%. Oh yeah, and I think you can also sell them for different amounts of gil too.

A. Don't know whether this is completely right, but you can find them on the Island Closest to Heaven/Hell. Whether there is any other specific ones I don't know.
Q. Which GF cards can you recieve by fighting monsters/bosses? and name what they refine to using Card Mod.

A. Only Quistis' Shockwave Pulsar can break the Damage Limit with one hit, however Eden's Eternal Breath can as well. These are the only attacks that can do so. Others can, but their damage only amounts to more than 9,999.
