this forum seemed a little dead, so I decided to start a topic! ^_^

anyway, what did/do you people think of Rinoa? When I first played the game, she was alright. But it was annoying how Squall had to save her all the time. And in disk two it looked like

Spoiler: she just fell from the cliff on purpose.

At least, that's the way it seemed like.

And in disk 3 when

Spoiler: Seifer kidnapes her to take her to Adel, even if she wasnt in your party. Some person just comes up to Squall and says "Rinoa wanted to be by your side and wouldnt listen, so Seifer ended up taking her!.."

It was annoying having to try and find reasons to save her.


But playing the game again made me change my feelings for Rinoa. She actually is sweet and nice.
At least she wasnt as weak in battle like the other FF female leads.

When I first saw her, she was like some great, secreet person, but later she looked more lively. Anyway, she looked liked other FF female leads, as you said. But she is pretty, isnt she?

I liked her a lot. She can be very powerful with magic in the battles, and her personality was good. She is the one who made Squall realize that he could depend on others. She also tought him about freindship. She was a character that was very important for the development of the story. On my third play through of the game my little bro named the dog P***S..... i was kinda mad, but oh well. It is kinda humorus when in the middle of a battle you see P***S Strike down at the bottom of the screen.

I found her to be rather annoying at first but by the end of the game, I thought she was pretty cool. She was rather lively and happy most of the time. She annoyed Squall about going to the concert which was pretty funny lol. I think she got on his nerves a lot and vice versa. By the end of the game, they were madly in love. Opposites do attract!

In battle, she was useful a lot of the time. She had awesome limit breaks. She was the one who ended up winning the game for me when I was battling Ultimecia. She was the only person left and lucky enough, she used Wishing Star and that was enough to kill her. Just as well, one more hit and I would have been gone.

She was pretty cool. She had her moments when I wanted to kill her. Besides those, I found her pretty useful.

i loved rinoa! she is pretty and strong and has a awsome personality. i love her outfit and she saved me in the battle with ultimecia, with the wishing star move also. ^_^

She got less annoying as the game progressed.
Have to agree. Much more powerful than other female leads definitely.

If there was one girl that was gonna snap Squall out of his hollow personality and win him over it was a girl like Rinoa. She just had a lively personality but also a needy one that required Squall's strong but also passive personality.

The characters are generally what you make make them in FF games, so they're weak 'cos you didn't bother with them.

And I hated both the major Rinoa resques in the game.
The two gardens are at war, Rinoa falling off a cliff wasn't, to me, the upmost importance.
And the one in space, that didn't even make sense. Oh, lookee here, theres an abandoned ship, talk about good timing, etc..

Rinoa is the best female in the Final Fantasy series. I loved her and I will continue to love her until I die. She is attractive and has a nice personality.

I really liked Rinoa. She had a good heart, and turned Squall's life around. Sure she had to get rescued and all that, but she didn't choose to have the sorceress' powers. Rinoa was one of my top three characters that I used quite often. She was a strong fighter who was good with magic.

She seemed alright throughout the game, but saviin he did get annoying. She was like a damsel in distress. I did like using her in battle though. Only because of her dog.
