You cant "get rid" of the card rules. Certain rules are used in different places on the world map. What I would suggest is mastering how to use the plus rule, then you can use it to your advantage

Not true Zell, you CAN get rid of card rules, however, if you choose to get rid of one, you must get rid of them all, which can be irritating if you've got Trade Rule: All... Anyway, in Balamb, there is a scree where you boarded the boat to go to Dollet. On the left-hand side of this screen there is some steps, and occasionally a man sat down. If you talk to him, he erases all of your cad rules and leaves you with just Trade Rule: One.
