Level up at the islands closest to heaven or hell. Get lionheart. Get lot's of aura for Squall. Equip it all to squall. Use aura with lionheart (limit break not sword.) She will die within 4 Lionheart limit break attacks. Also get hero for her Apocolypse attack. Also be prepared with elixers and megalixers.
Strategy: Use aura on Squall and keep pressing triangle until his limit break appears (do not worry about anyone else in your party they will just hold you down, do not cure them, do not waste time, have them cure Squall) Strategy B: Get Selphies' limit break and keep going through it until you find "The End," use it and congradulations you've beaten the game (very difficult to come across in Selphies' limit break.)

DON'T LEVEL UP! Leveling up only increases opponent stat's and actually makes it harder. You also don't need squalls limit to win as it's far from the best. Get Zells best gloves and find a guide for his limit and if you do it right you can do insane amounts of damage with him in one turn (400k+) Lionheart will help, but it's not necessary just like hero's are not needed.

Well what the best thing to do is, at least for me anyway is to get alot of aura, and in the fight just always cast it on your people with gf's don't bother with the others just let them die. it's all for the best, trust me.

Haha have fun trying to defeat her. I don't know how many times it took me, I think it was like 10? I kept getting killed! I almost had her a few times but she ended up knocking out my last character so.. Game over! I was actually very lucky to defeat her when I did. Squall and Zell were knocked out and Rinoa had very little HP left. I decided to use one of her limit breaks, Invincible Moon. She stayed invisible for a few moments and I thought for sure I was going to lose. I decided to use one last limit break because I didn't know what to do, I would have probably died the next turn anyway.
The last limit break I used was Wishing Star. IT KILLED HER! I was shocked. I thought I still had ages to go. If it wasn't for Rinoa, I would have died. I was so happy. If you want to beat her, you will need a lot of luck lol. Level up and get a lot of 'heros' as in the stuff that makes you invisible. Some people use them while fighting the Omega Weapon. Just concentrate on what you're doing while fighting her. If you don't...you're gone! GOOD LUCK! Oh yes, have plenty of Aura spells. You'll need them. ![]() |

It's pretty easy if you use the aura spell to keep your limit breaks on. Like one person said, Squall's Lionheart limit owns her easily, and my characters were all really high level and I had no trouble in the final battles because I had the best items and limits.

I really have to ask the question of how you can struggle... But anyway, having Ifrit learnig all the Str+% and junctioning Holy (if you have any) to strength and Meltdown to Vit are sure to help, the problem with this game is that most people don't realise that refining cards can give you very useful items which can then be refined for useful magic. For example, Quistis' card although rare can be refined for three Samantha Souls. Refine this for 60 Triples EACH.

Been playing cards? If you have and you've got a decent collection try refining them using queezacotl's card refine ability. One of them (i forget which, Odin perhaps?) refines into 10 Holy Wars. use these from the item option during battle and they render the entire party (including your GF's if you still have them) totally invincible for a few turns. That should even the odds! =D
Try letting Ultimecia hit you with Hell's Judgement first then make yourself invincible while your party only has 1HP each for lots of limit breaks! |
