What do I not like about Final Fantasy VIII?

Reading the title you could understand many things...maybe Tiki just doesn't like the battle system or something...but don't call people noobs just for that.

I never called Tiki a noob. yet i agree that i made a mistake, Tiki doesnt hate it. i guess. he just dislikes the battle system or something.

here's something you might try. just select attack or something and leave it. the gauge should stop moving. just leave your controller somewhere safe so that nothing can accidently press a button.

I don't like the way you have to be junctioned to have other abilities, that sorta suched, and the wasy if you used a GF, it would keep playing the vid. It would of been better if you could skip or cut it shorter.

That's never happened to me, but then again if i do go AFC to get something to eat I bring it up with me and play at the same time.
Maybe it is your disk...controller....or.... if you have any annoying brothers or sisters, they could be running in and unpausing it lol

I dont like how your party follows you around everywhere. I love FFVIII but that just gets annoying after a while.

I don't like that you have a limited amout oif abilities that you can equip for example hp+20% or str+20% you only can equip 3 or 4 abilities I think.

Yeah I agree Squall333, it would be better if you could have more spaces.

It keeps you from becoming overpowered I'd say.

The only thing I didn't like was certain story aspects to the game. The whole Galbadia thing drove me nuts, and being down in the sewers was tedius as well.

Gameplay wise, while I thought it was interesting how you had to worry about compatability with your GFs and whatnot, it got annoying too. Good concept and I understand why (so you use ALL of them) but still... annoying.
