No, actually he's merely using an optical illusion to make you think he is. In the game, there is a scene where you can see the galbadia garden flying around and with the addition of the captions, you merely assume that he is the one flying.

Hey, thanks for posting those sites Palazzo. Some of those pictures are awesome. I liked the one with Griever and he was about to use Shockwave Pulsar and Squall was like 'oh crap.' Those were a good laugh! I used to like seeing humerous pictures that people had drawn of FFVIII. I used to know of a site but that was a long time ago now. I saw a picture of the gang wearing dresses and dancing the Can Can or something once lol.

The best one of those has to be.
