The best spots to train are the islands of heaven and hell. However you need to be at least LV60 to go there.

Every time i go to ICTHeaven malboros always come out.so i go to ICTHell cuz its easier.Every time i battle there i level about 2 times.when i was at level 20, i leveled up 5 times.
