FF8 Challenges

Since probably most of you have beaten FF8 like 3-4 times I thought about making handycaps/ Challenges for the game..(just for fun)

I´ll give you a example of mine

Flare´s Omega Weapon Challenge.

Obejective: Defeat Omega Weapon

-Condicions-

-Only One party member can physically attack or use Limit Breaks Omega weapon
-Only One Party Mamber can use Magic
-Only One Party Member can use Items
-Summoning GF´s / semi summons is not allowed
-Abilities are not allowed

If you beat the challenge then great but we probably have to rely on the honest system..

Btw you can also post challanges but try to make ones that are possible

Piece of cake that! Try beating Ultimecia without your dualshock plugged in, now theres a challenge!!

^ Actually quite a challenge playing that way.

The best one is no junctions, that way you don't have any edge over the monsters.

Uhh I have no idea what the last post means lol. Yes, having no Junctions during the whole game would make it quite difficult. I have tried it, when I first played the game. I didn't know how to use junctions so I didn't bother with it. I had a lot of trouble later on in the game. Let's see if I can think of a challenge...hmm.. I have one lol. Try not to use Guardian Forces during boss battles. Haha, I wouldn't be able to do that! I rely too much on the GF most of the time. You could make a challenge by setting a time to complete the whole game in. Those are just my ideas. I wouldn't try them though lol.

lol i did it with one charecter ( Squall ) , just use hero and then fill him with limit breaks , not really hard lol

Try to beat the game under 70 hours of play.......i think its o wotrhy challenge....

Nope did it in 43, even when I went on a mad 'try to get everyones stats to full' craze I dit it in 72...
