What part of FFVIII is hardest?

I got some advise on threading so i'm going to try it again! So what part of FFVIII is hardest to you? and try to tell why you think it's hard, OK? Now, the part I think is the hardest is after you get the ragnorok and you have to fly to the city that you had to get on lunitic pandora and land and figure out where to go! the first time I played the game it took me a week to figure out where to go after you land even with the guide it was hard to figure out! I guess i'm just stupid but i finally got past it!!

Fighting, and beating omega without any hero drinks is quite a task

Hardest part for me was actually not really hard but rather annoying. The part Im referring to is the Obel Lake Sidequest. Damn that took long. You do however get some good items out of it.

Yeah, Obel lake was the hardest in that it was the most tedious. I hated it. The toughness of fighting Omega I actually preferred to the tediousness of Obel Lake.

Gettin to Ultima was very difficult for me the first time. I had not known much of defences and junctioning and still don't, so whenever I'd die at the iron giants, i'd have to go to the beggining all over again. it sucked, but the time i got through odin showed up at least 8 times, very lucky.

None. The game's easy as hell, I won't dare call any part of it "hard". But there are some tedious parts I hate playing through and wish I can just skip it, namely the desert prison place.

Ill agree with that, Pointless running around and around; though there are some good things about it, such as being able to get rosetta stones and such there.

The hardest ones for me were beating Omega weapon and the Obel Lake Sidequest. I also had a difficult time finding the White SeeD ship at first cos I didn't have a walthrough back then and the map was just vast.

Nothing was hard omega was the easiest lionhart limit break ten holy wars peice o cake.

I think you are wrong, the hardest is Omega, I was really stucked there. It was really hard

The part when you sit down and try to think of how Time Compression makes any sense.

Nah, for me, it was the journey through Ultimecia's castle. I hated having my abilities locked.

The whole Omega fight was hard, and all the other parts of FFVIII was easy.

I found getting the pulse ammo for Squalls lionheart being the toughest part... I killed ultima with 2 lionhearts, and i took out Omega by using " The End" Selphy's killer move...

Killing OMega is the hardest part of FF8!!and if anyone says it's easy they probably used a gameshark or somekind of cheat......like me!!hehehe

*The easiest way to beat Omega even without hero drinks is using Selphie's limitbreak.sure its' hard to exactly have "the End" appear buti got a simple cheat ...when you're in the slot where spells appear open the PS lid and choose until "the End" shows up,Omega can't attack...hehehe Sneaky huh!
