Seifer is somewhere in between to me, I mean he is an enemy, but he's also an ally earlier in the game.
The thing with Seifer is that he had a really cool look and was a kickass character. However he was considerably weak as an enemy. I dunno who my fav enemy is in that game, Tiamat and Bahamut looked absolutely gorgeous. I also liked Tri Face, I thought it looked like a toxic waste experiment gone awry on Cerberus. I thought the Cactuars looked really great too, and those Sand Caterpillar looking thingies. Hell...my vote goes to Pupu, he was so coo!

I have to go with NN. Omega Weapon was my favorite because he's the only monster in the game that was a challenge to me. I just beat him the other day. It would make my 3rd time beating it. I think it had like over a million HP. Man it was freken hard!

The cooler enemy was Seifer. In fact he was looking like Squall. Both of 'em had Gunblades and other things in common. Fujin and Raijin were also cool. Their weapons and attacks, especially Fujin's rock. I also liked Ultimecia and Griever a lot. Both of 'em seemed so tough and cool.

I would say Edea. She is one of my fav characters. Even on my first time of playing I thought she was great even though she was 'evil'. Of course I didnt know she was being possessed as it was my first time of playing. I think she looks cool and I love her ice spears. Plus I love her basic attack when you get to use her when taking her to Dr Odine.

My favourite enemy from Final Fantasy VIII would have to be Edea as well, I thought she was awesome. She was fun to battle and was even a good challenge. Also her appearance was great, she was a great Sorceress (even though she was possessed). Her ice strike was an excellent limit break and I just thought she was a perfect villain.

I'd say Seifer is the coolest enemy overall. He's dressed like a true bad guy type warrior and has a sense of style as his own. He's not even comparible to Sepiroth or anything or even Ultemecia for that matter. He's not a true bad guy, just mislead. Plus he's always easy to beat so I don't take him seriously. Not a real tough bad guy, but an interesting one in the least.

Well ....
I Like Omega Weapon and Ultima Weapon .... Those weapons are the most strongest enemies in FF8 ... Omega Weapon has more than 1500000 HP with special attacks and skills Ultima Weapon has more than 50000 HP with fast attacks ... Those are the best enemies from my side ... ---------------------------------------------- Seifer is not an enemy ... we can give him this meaning .... ! Seifer betrayed him self with him false dreams ...  ... and Edea usedhim depending on his dream ... She was know that he is only a ( Boy ) crush and conceited so it was Seifer's wrong ... Norg was my favorite. He had his pod and the two orbs which had a fairly cool attack strategy. It was probably one of my fav battles and gave me a lot of problems at first as I didn't look at any guides. Trying to figure out the orbs without on is not easy.
