The best FMV scene

The opening scene because the battle between Squall and Seifer was tight. And the music flowed really good with the whole scene.

The opening sequence was cool, but for me it was the boat scene to Dollet that first impressed me with the game.

The ending would have to be the best for me because of the emotions that you feel while you watch it. You know that you are finally done and that the characters you love are going, never to come back(until you play it again)
Also, Squall dies in that scene. The scene of Rinoa crying over his dead body is so heart breaking.

After the ending, I would have to say that the space scene was the best. It was really well done and it touched your heart in more ways than one. When she is reaching for his ring, but can't reach it must be one of the saddest parts of the game.

On a side note, the opening was also pretty sweet. The sword fight was kick ass. By the way, Squall got his ass kicked. Seifer didn't have to go to the infirmary, but Squall did. Does that tell you anything? Seifer got in a much better shot than Squall did. Also, Squall got hit by a fire attack.

As another side note, I'm pretty sure it wasn't one of the choices, but seeing Squall get impaled by the ice was pretty tight. It was really well done, and also showed the feelings that Rinoa was starting to have for Squall.

Then there was Squall and Rinoa's reunion, where he holds her after he rescues her. That would have to be one of the best moments in the game. It signals a huge turn around in Squall and Rinoa's relationship.

The dance scene was also pretty nice, but didn't have the meaning that most of the scenes did.

Finally, did anyone else notice that VIII had a lot more FMV sequences than IX and X? IX had nearly as many, but X had hardly any...

The last scene, it just rocks my socks.

it was hard to pick between that and the opener. and I also loved the Garden Vs Garden scene.

I would have to say, that my favorite fmv was the dance scene. Because, not only do I enjoy the waltz for the moon, but i think it's funny as hell to watch Squall almost trip and die on the dance floor. That would have been a spectacle to see.

Gotta Love that boat scene, makes it seem like the game had alot more realism to it like they were really in a war like area.

Actually i think X had just as many, think about how many there are in the movie theatre.

My favourite scene is when Quistis uses the machine gun to destroy the X-ATM092, although the opening sequence is just as good.

uuh actually Squall did not die, if you stayed on it during the credits at the very end of them it shows Squall ALIVE with Rinoa on the Garden's balcony. Next time, if you are going to spend all that time doing the final boss, (it takes me an hour, it's not hard, but i heard she has a hell of a lot of hp) then actually watch all of the ending. They did the same thing on Dirge of Cerberus. It doesn't show Vince alive until Shelke comes and gets him from the cave place where he talks to Lucretsia. Both are great games, but you have to stick through the ending to see if they live. I guess Square Enix is doing that a lot, but oh well.

ugh.. hard but out of those two i would say a tie between the opening and the assault scene.. both had awesome music( i love the opening song) and amazing action

*I choose the meeting with Quistis scene,i wouldnt say its the best but it made such an impact when quistis appeared.shes got an angelic face,even got cute eye glasses that even makes her cuter and the way she moves man,just like an angel like the song hehehe

*I really cant think of any other fmv scene,this one sticks like glue,other fmv's are good but this is the only one i remember,and the images are still crisp in my mind

I loved both the opening and ending. They were so well done. I have the opening on my mp3 player ^^ I seriously love DV Eiko. I'll get the closing when I'm actually up to it again. It was just so cool, kinda leaves you hanging and yet it closes the game so well.

The dance scene! Cute as! I just thought it was so sweet that even though no words [I think] were said during the whole clip, it really got the message across.

Actions speak louder than words. Plus it was just a nice scene. Nice music and setting, and of course the good graphics. How gorgeous did Rinoa look ^^.
