Are you past Temple of the Ancients? If so, you can't get Aeris back. You can still get Vincent anytime by going to the Shinra Mansion.

Shinra Mansion is in Nibelheim, the town that burned down in Cloud's past. Vincent is in the coffin, in the room before the library, down in the basement.

yep, the mansion on the path right before you head to Mt. Nibel

But that room is locked, isnt it?

I don't think so, it was probably only locked when you went to the mansion in Cloud's Past.
