That could be real, but you're gonna need more proof than ebay, that place is full of false things. This guy managed to sell a pound coin for $10. Also, only £15? Something doesn't seem right there for a not only new but 'rare' game

Looks like some perverted Tifa fan-boy made it. Like Piroblaze said, it doesn't look like much of a game. If they did make a Tifa game, I think it'd be a little more... like Tifa. Neither in the game nor the movie is she a slut? Just because perverted little boys (well... teenage boys) think "wow she has big tits", her true personality as the Final Fantasy VII character we all know is abused. From as far as I can tell from both the game and the movie, Tifa is a heastrong female, not a slut.

I agree this is probably fake for one thing but for another its completely unrealistic. I have never seen nipples that big in the real world. It would almost be attractive if it wernt for that. But I think a perverted fan-boy made it. Sad, really sad.

Yeah, I reckon it's fake. Just take a look at the seller's other items that they're selling- how many of these "rare games" are there? Mainly this one:
