I got her up for 67 one summer because I was exceedingly bored and wanted to see her final limit. I also just wanted to coast through the game and enjoy the storyline and work on the little things like mastering materia and the like, as opposed to leveling up in the process. I think I was up to 67 before the Temple of the Ancients, because as soon as I had gotten Great Gospel, I was like **** it, I got what I needed. It was cool to have everyone's stage 3.2 limits before the end of disc one, and Red's stage 4.

The trick is to use your stage x.1 limit a lot, maybe 8-15 times, by fighting in the corridor in Junon, where you pull the alarm. Those guys do some serious damage. Just heal and fight. Manipulate is a godsend for this, because you can target who you want to get hit. Afterwards, when you have your x.2 limit, and want the x+1.1 you should go to the Midgar Zolom cave, by the chocobo farm, and equip someone with an Enemy Skill materia with Matra Magic. Enemies come in groups of 4-5, and one round of Matra Magic is usually enough to wipe them out. Repeat until you have your 3.2 limits. Enjoy!
