whos pissed that they might redo battle animation on the ff7 remake

they might do the battle sequence to be like how its going to be in ff12
but there not going to chge it theres a 90% chace that it stays the same

It better stay the same, becuase if it doesn't, it has lost it's classixc touch. It had already lost its classic touch when 10 came out, and they hadd the charecters talking.

i dunno i think it would be a change of pase and might be more enjoyable. but i also think that they should put the classic type in it to for the classic fans

They haven't even said they're remaking the game yet, so I highly doubt anything has been said about changing the battle system.

That's not to say I don't think they'll release it though. Because they will.

All they'd need to change is the graphics and it'll sell like hotcakes. Hell, they could just re-release the exact same thing and it would probably sell just as well.

Don't get ahead of yourselves.

did they really do much of anything to the remakes they have made so far? To FF4? To FF5 and FF6? Not really...a few extra FMV's, character scteches, and maybe a couple of little side quests, but thats about it.

The only game I'VE heard of they're completely remaking is FF3 for the Duel Screen, giving it 3-D graphics and wi-fi capabilites. Hell if I know why, but thats what I've heard. (note: FF3 that was released in japan and not in america. Not another name for FF6, oldskoolers)

Well, they're not remaking FFIV, V, or VI either. They're porting them with some graphical and musical updates. Remaking implies MAJOR changes, such as moving FFIII from 2D to 3D for the Nintendo DS (which you made note of, Anomaly).

As far as this topic is concerned, there's still no official "yes" to a FFVII remake. Whoever is feeding you this misinformation obviously just wants to play with your heads and see how crazy the fans go with false "facts."

have you read this months game informer? they didnt 100%say remake but they said somthin bout that

I'm gonna have to agree with LocoColt. And just becuase Gameinformer said they might, doesn't mean they will. Gameinformer has lied to people before, nothing stops them from lieing to people.

There has been a buzz about a FFVII remake for over a year. It was in Game Informer forever ago. Every time Square-Enix even breathes the word "remake," all the magazines pick it up and run with it.

Was it in the official news? No, it was in the rumor section. Correct me if I'm wrong, of course, I cut my GI subscription a year ago, so I can't say this for sure.
