Which Sephiroth Do You Think Is Harder

Safer Sephiroth was the hardest, although he was kind-of easy to kill. The other one just sat there when I was fighting him, litterally. I went overtime on him for him to just sit there. Safer had the supernova which killed me the first time, then I got some HP Up materia and KotRT and he was a breeze.

Bizzaro Sephiroth was the hardest for me since my parties were a little low on the hp

i woudl say bizarro for the simple fact that the first time i played it it took me forever to figure him out.. and i never failed against one winged angel, safer, sephiroth..

both sephiroths are easy as long as your party's leveled up.if you wish to get the battle over with quickly,just hit both of them with knights of the round,some limit attacks like omnislash & they are as good as dead.i remember the 1st time i fought one winged angel sephiroth,the battle lasted less than 1 min & i was:"it's over???"

i agree, partially what made the final fight in VIII more fulfilling in my opinion was that ultimecia would be near your parties strength and defense, and not some pushover if you leveled up..

Safer "Sephy" is a lot harder.. It took me 28 minutes to defeat him and always when I fought him he used strong attacks that I had to heal my party nembers, etc. and that was so complicated.. And about Bizzaro.. it didnt take me always not more than five minutes.. By the way, how can you switch between party nembers??? I just figured out that you can do that... But I dont know how. Ive never used this when I fought him.. How can you do that????

Sephiroth-Safer was far superior in difficulty.

He had far more HP, Supernova(quite possibly my least favorite move in a video game), and a good number of lethal attacks.

Not hard in general, but harder than Bizarro.

Safer is way harder than Bizarro, well uneless you have KoTR ^.^

I'm sorry, but I'm not breeding Chocobos just to get the right color so that I could get KoTR, so I never got it.

I found that Safer Sephiroth was harder. Bizzaro Seph was easy for me, but I still don't know why. Safer was hard because of his Supernova, which almost killed me everyime.

Hmm... have you ever heard of something called leveling up? There are tons of places in FFVII to level up at. I've beaten FFVII tons of times without breaking a sweat. In my last go through my whole party was between level 67-70, with almost all my materia mastered. So for the thread's question, none of them were hard at all.


How is Bizzaro hard? He is patheic, you can easily beat him without KOTR. Summons like Bahamut Zero, Bahamut Neo, Alexander can easily weaken him. Magic's like Ultima, Flare, Freeze combined with Mega-All, and W-Magic and you can easily kill him in a matter of 5 turns, as well as Shadow Flare, or Pandora's Box. Safer Sephiroth is a cake walk. All you need to do is cast DeBarrier on him at the start, use Big Guard or Wall, then use your highest limits, magic's etc. Use a Megalixer after he uses Supernova. Seriously it's not to hard if you bother to level up.

LOL Bizarro harder than Safer Sephiroth. Sorry about that, but its funny. Supernova>any of Bizarro's Attacks. Hell even Pale Horse>any of Bizarro's Attacks. And Bizarro is way too easy, it took me one KOTR to kill him. Atleast Safer put up a fight and took my health down and didnt just cure himself every turn he's up.

Safer by far...

I've beaten the game several times, and I tried one with no Materia (of any kind) equipped...and let me tell you...

Safer just WOULDN'T FREAKING DIE. Normally I'd use Summons (not KOTR usually...I don't have the patience to get him) or lots of Magic, but even with the Ultimate Weapons equipped to Cloud and Party...jeez. It took me a while. v.v

safer sephiroth was hard as hell. i had to level up to at least 90 to kill him. It took me 3 tries, but I finally beat him!
