Safer Sephiroth was harder for me. I'm not gonna lie, Supernova pushed my sh*t in the first time I fought him. I devised a strategy finally to avoid being screwed up by it but I forget. Anyway yeah, twas hard. I didn't like that fight one bit.

But then again, I beat the game without having KoTR and without having Omnislash, so I was a bit challenged. All I had going for me was the 4x Cut materia and my cast iron testicles.

I smoked Bizarro, but safer took forever. I wish I could just skip his limit break....

He got me quite a few times before I got him the first time. After that I just KOTR'ed him and life was easy....

yeah im gunna have to go with safer sephiroth because of pale horse as well.....damn you pale horse

This is just my opinion, but I believe KOTR to be really cheap and it takes the fun out of playing the game. So, I would say Safer is harder, mostly because of the Supernova and Pale Horse attacks. I finally beat him after several attempts.

I'm inclined to agree with you there. However I've never had the opportunity to use the attack because I'm far too impatient to race and breed chocobos.

Stuff like that I could really care less about. Mostly I'm just ready to get through the game quickly so I can see the story unfold.

That Pale Horse of his was a sonofabitch.

To be honest. Nethire one of them were hard for me. I beat them both hands down. But it was still cool. But Bizzaro Sephiroth had alittle bit more of a challenge to him. I don't know why..

Sure i could of used KOTR, but did I? I wanted a semi challenge. and, SUPERNOVA IS ULTIMATE! Safer sephiroth. Still, ultima weapon ended it pretty quick.

Safer Sephiroth is somewhat harder than Bizzaro Sephiroth. I had to use Barrier and Magic Barrier to cut his attacks in half. They would do like 2000-3000 damage to my 5000+ to 6000+ characters in one attack, I remember using alot of summons, megalixers and throwing weapons in the battle against Safer Sephiroth. It took mabye 10 or 20minutes and he was gone.

bizzaro seph is hard i mean you get 2-3 partys and you have a lot to focus on not to mention he regenerates parts if you dont do it fast enough
one winged angel seph is 2nd because of his nova attack but to kill him fast use something to get rid of his barriers and cast knights on him about 3 times and as for the last seph trust me you will win no matter what you do all you do is sit there and when seph attacks you will counter and kill him you can NEVER LOOSE THAT BATTLE

The first time I played through the game, I was a lower level and did not have KOTR, so yeah, Safer was much harder. Ofcourse, second time through, KOTR makes things a hell of a lot easier, but without, bizarros harder as at a higher level, I now have 3 parties who have to attack, which makes things harder unless you use KOTR. Safer's just a standard battle, and with wall, regen and ribbons equipped, is quite simple

I think the harder one is Safer Sephiroth...I remember that the first time I played ff7 it took me about 4-5 tries to kill him....Bizzaro was not much of a challange.

And also look at the poll's results...75% voted Safer Sephiroth is harder...

Both present a challenge, but neither are hard at all. Even "Seraph Sephiroth" (thats how its really pronounced, don't ake me why either) presented a challenge. I could always beat both with out using knights of the round, which is THE cheapest summon ever. As for the poll I voted Bizzaro, simply because its an unpredictable battle, and you could die if one party died.

Safer Sephiroth (Gah! Translation error!) is harder. Mainly because of that status effect attack he does. So hard to fix that before he just flattens that character.

I'd have to say that Safer Sephiroth was harder because of Pale Horse and Super Nova. I had to kill him without KOTR because I didn't want to breed all of those Chocobos. I did have Omnislash though.
