ok for those who say cloud i got to say this "cloud has to get in pretty close to attack vincent while vincent can sit back at 100 yard with a sniper and shoot clouds brains out the back of his head and i dont think cloud can dodge a bullet that he dont know is comeing"

i still think cloud would win because, as you saw in advent children he was blocking bullets and killin' loz even eith his super speed.

this is my conversation on this topic with my fren.
me: i'll vote for vincent lexara: i know vincent is cool but cloud is cooler I VOTE FOR CLOUD!!!!! me: VINCENT IS COOLER THAN cloud!!! lexara: Huh!? If vincent is powerful than cloud, why he didnt fite loz, yazoo and kadaj? Cloud fite them on his own but what vincent do is running from them while he is saving cloud me: yeah2...watever....but still...cloud owes his life to vincent and vincent has his own game, dirge of cerberus... lexara: they did that game for him and yufie because they are the hidden character. Besides, the story about vincent in this game is quite blur. thats why they did that game for him. same as the game about aerith and zack. the movie about zack and cloud and the story about the turks. me:watever...i'll go for vincent... lexara: fine. i will stick with Cloud Strife At the end we are draw......

Thats true, Cloud had geostigma...and remember when he got shot in the head in AC by Yazoo? he only had a scratch...
you still forgot that vincent can turn into crazy beasts as his limit break... but cloud would never fight vincent vice versa... |

well what would happen if cloud completely covered himself in sunglasses, making him immune to vincents bullets, who would win then? think about it...

vincent would because he would turn into chaos after he shot off all of the glasses (remember that pair in the movie flew off) and use satan impact a bunch of times (and now if you remove the 9999 hp limit vincent could have like almsot 20k hp) so yeah i still think it would be vincent.
