637  | I say it's Aeris and I absolutly hate it when people call her Aerith. I ticks me off to no end. Now I feel like doing some reasurch on the typo and nickname theories or maby it theoriths. EDIT: Looked around and saw that Aerith was the Japanese name, but us americans made it Aeries to suit us better.

It is pointed out by Aeris/Cloud fans to no end.... >< (I'm a Aeris/Zack fan^__^) It is true though that 'th' is usually rendered 'su' I usually pronounce it 'Ay-eir-is'.That is phonetically correct with considerations for Japanese pronounciations IMHO.
