Tips and great places to level up for beginners thread!

As soon as I get my grubby mitts on the Tiny Bronco I sail away, sail away, sail away to the Island of Mideel.

Although I can't actually enter Mideel or the forest surrounding it, on the shore near there where it's possible to disembark the... vehicle, you can fight these creatures called Spirals.

They give decent amounts of post-killing goodness for you levelling up needs.

But for times before then...? Uh, I forget. But generally the monsters get stronger the further you progress, which is why the ones near Mideel are so good - you're not supposed to be in the Mideel area until Disc 2, but you can still fight monsters from around there.

at the end of disk 1 just before the forgotton capitol/city i leveled up from 23 when i got there to 38 in just about 3 hours and as soon as i got comet i leveled up and amnaged to level it up along with getting most lv3 materia befor fighting JENOVA LIFE just after aeris' death this was very good as i did not have to sruggle with my characters later on in the game.
