How do you get into the gold saucer on disk 2? Yo see, to get a gold chocobo, you need to race 'em, and on disk 2, (I am walking around as Tifa not cloud), Dio says He is closed. Now, how do you get into the gold saucer when it is closed to race your chocobo?

You have to wait a while until it opens again.

Just play through some of the story and check back every once in a while to see if it's re-opened yet.

Yeah he is, i just found out that i got into the gold saucer a little later on in disk 2. SO, now i have a gold chocobo(I played FFVII all night!)

I dont think you can get back into Corel Prison after you have the Buggy for some reason. You get lost in the desert and then the Chocobo carriage takes you back to the buggy :S Oh well.
