I got the gold chocobo by beating weapon and getting the item. LOL. i did it the easier way.

Depends on how you look at it I suppose. Chocobo breeding is a long drawn out process. But I never beat Ruby Weapon, I always die.

I like the first origanal version since I didn't ever get to breed any diffrent types of colored. I only got yellow.

I liked most of the chocobo's in the racing at the Gold Saucer. There was a purple, pink, blue, red and all sorts of other colours! I wouldn't be able to pick out of the blue, pink and purple ones because they're all my favourite colours LOL. I'll just say the yellow one because it's the original.

It's the original chocobo. If my memory serves me correct, there were not multiple color ones before FF:VII.

My black chocobo back on my old save was better in a race than my gold chocobo, despite them both having massivly maxed-out stats. Dont get it meself. =P

Anyways, most people are going to say Gold because they go everywhere on that game, but I'm sayin' black, because black is always classy, always in style and I rather miss the days when they where the airborn breed, instead of some showy metallic n00b usurper.

Mountain Chocobo. Green is my favorite colour, so i'd like a lovely jade-green mountain chocobo! Actually, my mountain chocobo was my first one i managed to get to S-class, so i'm pretty chuffed of my little Serge! (thats what i named him... after the guitarist from Kasabian)
