Best FF7 Character?

I would have to say Vincent and Cid. There both different from the usualy main character who can kill anything with his best attack. And like it was said before, anyone who curses like a sailor deserves a vite.

Out of that list,Vincent.He's just so damn cool with the guns and the hair and the Vinniness.He has a really cool attitude too.He sort of keeps to himself,and I think characters like that are cool.

I may have voted for caith sith for the heck of it but I chose vincent and cid.....why?

vincent: I like his limit breaks and hes good incase you need guns for a far off battle (which isn't really something you need once you get him)

cid: pretty well rounded and has nice lines and good limit breaks...

I like them all, each in a different way, but I have a few favourites

Vincent, this is because of his weapon, I like the way they featured two characters with a gun in Final Fantasy VII. I especially liked his final one.

Sephiroth, I like him because of his appearance, from his long hair down to his... Hmmm actually I can't remember ever seeing his feet. I don't think I need to say much more about this cool dude.

And finally Cloud, this is only because he is the hero in the story.

Well my overall favourite in the game is without a doubt Sephiroth.
I mean, he has the bets appearance...i would kill someone for that long coat....and then kill another person for his sword, which i would then kill people with *evil eyes everyone in the room* death shall strike

yeh, and plus, the whole history behind what sent him nuts and all which i shall not go through now as i have to go to work..but anyway yeh...go Sephiroth.

i think it's safe to say ff7 had an incredible cast of characters. haha, but my fave i guess would be yuffie cause she's cute and sexy and she knows it. "yea i know you're dying to talk to a babe like me..."

He isnt in there, but he is my fave, Reno of the turks, the guy is a legend!!

I also really like Vincent, another funky turk.

Of course everyone likes Cloud, badass mofo with some pretty sweet moves .

It's all about Red though, i find it funny how so many people i talk to in real life all like different people, but everyone here just goes for vincent, sephiroth or cloud. Maybe its just me....
But yeah, Red XIII by far the best, and the saddest thing when he sits by his father... And stardust ray is my favourite limit break; it may not be nearly as powerful as Cloud's Omnislash, Tifa's final heaven or vincent's Chaos but it looks a hell of a lot cooler.

Sephiroth, Cloud/Zack, Vincent and Jenova are the best characters.. (if I wanted to add more characters other than Sephy). ^^0 My reasons for Sephiroth are very obvious already, and too much reasons for him. But I'll get into the other characters.

Cloud/Zack: The hair is great (though now I'm sick of spiky-haired heroes), I ESPECIALLY like the sword, and the attitude is great. I'm saying Cloud/Zack because Cloud's personality and looks reflects from Zack. So y'know, if Cloud's cool then Zack's cool as well. Plus, Cloud had awesome roles, by being Jenova's puppet, having a mysterious past, etc. In the past it kept me questioning if he really DID get into SOLDIER, or what happened to him and Zack when Hojo was poking needles on them. I had a lot of questions about him. Who does he really love, Tifa/Aeris/Yuffie/Barret? (seriously. lol) And the fact that Sephiroth was his childhood hero means he had a connection with the great man himself. And yeah, he's the main hero. I love the omnislash too, which saved me from Sephiroth kicking my sorry Cloud ass. XD Oh, and he's hot, which is also a bonus for a fangirl like me.

Vincent: I love sexy, mysterious men. And dude, he can turn into a demon, which was really really awesome. I used him on my party the most because of his awesome limit breaks. *.* If Seph didn't exist he would probably be my favorite bishie, even though he isn't a villain. BUT he has an awesome past too. A lot of questions about him too whether he is Sephiroth's dad or not. I love mysteries about a character. And his relationship with ShinRa is a very interesting story about him as well. ^^ I have a feeling that Sephiroth and Vincent were the inspirations for Dante Sparta's (Devil May Cry) creation.

Jenova: Duh. If she wasn't there then Sephiroth wouldn't have gone too far on his role. In fact, her ability to use Sephiroth and Cloud as her puppets was truly evil and very interesting. ..yeah, the fact that you can control the minds of two hot guys, of course it is. She IS one of the main reasons for FFVII's whole story. Also the other main boss of the game. And she's an alien. Supernatural beings are cool. And if you can use/fool a whole race of Cetra just to be powerful and create a big conflict on the world, then that's seriously impressive. lol XD

Vincent cause ... Tifas a slut ... Barets an @$$ ... Aeris is weak ... Cid is a um ... Cait Sith is a CAT ... Cloud is to strong ... Yuffies a bitch ... Red XIII is a fricken animal

Cloud - totally cool, Aerith - Is cuter than Tifa, Tifa - a bar girl need i say more, Sephiroth - Just as cool as Cloud well less) the others well i dun like them lol

I liked Yuffie, because she was a neat character, despite being annoying at times. If you wanted to date her, you got a chance to boost her points when you did the sidequest in Wutai. Yuffie also had good limit breaks, as well as being strong, a definite plus for her to always be on my team.

I like Vincent the best though I wished he used his claw. o.O
