Crisis Core DMW.

What are your thoughts on the DMW system?
Did you like the new level up system
Do you like it better than the EXP system?
Opinions on waht could've made the DMW better.
Or even make Crisis Core better.

IMO:
I loved the DMW.
It was fun.
And it was usually different each time.
I like getting new characters for the DMW to see the special moves that they did.

BUT:
I wish that Crisis Core still had the ecperience points system.
Because leveling up by slots is no fun.
I wanna earn my levels not randomly level up when the game decides to let me.

Overall.
Crisis Core was an amazing addition to the story.
Great graphics.
Battle scenes.
Controls.
Even the DMW.

Yea it was great.

Actually, the game still does use EXP I think. Its just hidden. A hidden counter. Its not entirely random. I'm not sure as to how it exactly goes, but I think that once you reach the required amount of EXP needed to level up, it just only allows you to get a 777, not that it'll happen IMMEDIATELY. I may be wrong though. But yeah, not entirely random.

I liked the DMW actually. The little scenes, cool limit breaks and everything. Nice touch.

Was interesting, but it lost some sense of humour halfway through the story.

I also liked how it allowed your stats to "break" past the maximum amount, a nice way to stay alive. While doing special attacks and Limit Breaks seem random, I can agree that a hidden experience point system determines when you level up. Of course, when the DMW say "Heavenly", your chances of leveling up are extremely high, and when it says "normal", the chances are much lower. I think the mood affects the DMW's power and success rate.

I dislike the DMW; it really gets boring for me after a while. One, because the limit breaks I've seen way too much to not want to see them ever again (I wish they were skippable) and random EXP sort of bugs me (I really like knowing how far away I am from the next level). I really miss the old EXP system, even though it isn't as inventive. BTW, I'm sure DMW is random, I had gone from LV 40 to LV 41 to LV42 in only about five battles compared to how long it took for other levels.

I love the DMW (what's it abbreviated for? Dream Mind Wave, I honestly cannot remember)..anyway, I love it. I love the part where Zack has flashbacks of events that concern the Character the DMW chooses. Adds emotion to it, sorta.

I loved it when, right at the end, The DMW was on the fritz, with the 1st Slot still spinning, The 2nd on Aerith, and The 3rd Clicking back and forth to Aerith, very emotional.
