Can anyone tell me what the item is called and where I can get it that allows me 99999 HP?

There is the Adaman Bangle that sets your HP limit to 99999. Its in one of the missions, I think. I believe the Genji Armor can do the same as well, and also give you the Endure and Regen effects. The accessory "Divine Slayer" breaks your attack, HP, MP, and AP limits and detects the enemy's stats just like Libra would.

You also get the item Heike Soul once you've completed every single mission, which gives you all sorts of advantages, such as setting the limit to 99999 like every other item I've mentioned here. At a price though, like it says in game. You're cursed when you wear it.
