If I remember correctly you can steal it from either the right/left crane when leaving Vector and ummm during the air-force-thingie fight, one of the parts not to sure on the name though.

What atributes can be gained from equiping the theifs knife?

Kind of a trick question there Phantom, she is 18 at the start of the game, when you re-meet up with her in WoR she is 19.

Whre can you find Sabin, Gau, Cyan and Relm in the WoR?

- You can find Sabin in the first town you come to after you take the raft from meeting Cid at the beginning of the WoR. (can't remember the name of the town)

- You can find Gau on the Veldt.

- You can find Cyan at the top of Mt. Zozo

- If you saved Shadow, you can find Relm in Owzer's House, but if you didn't wait for Shadow on the floating continent you can find her at the end of the cave in the Veldt.

Sabin's in Tzen. Albrook is the first town you come to (the one you land near), then you can heda to Tzen for Sabin, or skip it and go Northeast. But anyway.

You can see Umaro during Terra's escape from Narshe, after she leaves ... Arvis's house? It's Arvis, ain't it?
