YESH! I managed to save Granpa CID!

I don't know if anyone of you has already done this, but this is my first time in 7 games that I managed to save grampa Cid's life. He's now on that island. Anyone want to discuss? I only gave him the fish that moved a lot, because that meant they were fresh. Plus, there's a pattern to what he's saying. First it's "I can bear this any longer", then it's "Hackhack, I feel a little better.", then it's "Thank you, CELES, for all that you have done for me, then it's "I feel much better now!" If you overfeed him, feed him rotten fish, or made him starve, it'll drop his survival rate by one level I guess. It took me about 20-30 minutes of running around to get him well again.

Congratulations, but I don't think his status would go down by overfeeding. Of course, saving him doesn't really do anything for you, aside from missing a small scene with Celes. He'll be around if you return to the island later, but he's not really important for anything. At least you can brag that you wasted half an hour of your life to save the guy.
