Okay, pretty straightforward with this one. These are your four choices in group three, and all you've got to do is pick one. The polls will be private, so I ask that IF you feel you have to post, at the very least, give a reason as to why you chose the character you picked, or why it was a tough choice. If this thread turns into an argument over who's better, I'll have to do something about it. This was probably the easiest selection for me. Celes, with Runic. I swear, Runic was my saving grace in the Cultists' Tower in the World of Ruin, not to mention early on in the game when I was great against the early bosses. She's saved me from more than a couple game overs, at the very least.

5,160 | I voted Terra for a rather shallow reason. Well, reasons. Green hair is hawt. Relm was a kid... dude that's illegal. =P Gogo was.... Gogo. There really was no character to Gogo, he was just... Gogo. Celes, well... I never much used her. Don't know why, just not a fan. I'd have to go with Terra for other reasons, as well. Her theme is just... wonderful. Fan-****ing-tastic, I tell you. I love her background story, her character development, and her Esper form is rather handy.

n/a | GAH!!! You sure made this one hard, all of them are among my favorites. I've been a sucker for Relm since I accidentally left a +Magic esper on her for too long and found her Magic in the high 70s; the cute little eleven-year-old girl storming the rest of the game with 9999 damage Ultimas in every fight was rather memorable. (That's not who I voted for, though.)

She learns some of the best spells in the game without the need of Espers (Cure, Life, Drain, do I need to say much?). Need some boosting in magic? Just Morph her and presto!!!! As for the other competitors in this group...the only one that is worthful is Celes, mostly because she has many of Terra's properties (natural spellcaster, able fighter), only that she is more of a fighter than spellcaster, less powerful spells (except Ice) and replacing the always useful Morph for the somewhat less useful Runic (since it only absorbs regular magic spells, no Lore/Blue Magic spells and can also drain a much needed ally spell, so it must be used with care).

| WITH LIGHT COMING OUT OF HIS MOUTH? | Although I found all of these characters useful in the game (well, okay, no Relm), I went ahead with Terra. It's really simple: I loved her storyline. She was the core of the game, no doubt about it, and I found her tortured past to be really interesting. Plus, Morph was incredibly useful at times. I almost picked Celes, because of Runic, but remember that her ability becomes almost useless once you get Espers for yourself. Gogo was interesting for about five minutes, then I grew bored with him. I would have liked it if Square had delved into his story a bit more. | ||||||||

| Lord Have Mercy | I <3 Gogo. He can be anything you want him to be and more. Well, not really, but still. Mimic + Three Other Attacks = Good. Neh? Runic was for pansies, so I didn't use it at all. Except that one time, but you pretty much have to. I liked Cultists' Tower without Runic, it made it difficult. Terra never really interested me either, so I just didn't use her. And Relm was bleh. Simple enough, eh? Gogo for President, 2008.
