I've been thinking and I think Edgar would be even better if he stayed with Gerad's costume in the WoR. The darker colours. It'd be cool. Maybe if the would have made an option to have some of the other characters costume changed like Celes when she's at the opera or Gau's tuxedo and Locke's solider and merchant outfits. Don't remeber any others Maybe if they remake the game for one of the newer systems they'll put that in.

All hail Locke. when you give him offering+genji glove and equip him with the atma weapon and Ragnarok he is invincible.

Yeah, you can do that with Edgar, Celes, and Terra too....

I have been reading recently, a true feat for me, and have found some interesting ideas.

Sabin is a n00b hero... overrated by the more experienced players, or better classified as the "Black sheep" character.

While I think he is a help to the team in the first half of the game, especially late with a double earrings and holy element aurabolt. Fire dance is a nice cheap all hit move, but its fire elemental so you lose out on it later.

Make no mistake, Sabins bat power and vigor are top notch, some of the best in the game even. High stamina and the games best defense... yay, thats good, hes a fighter.

Actually, if you think about it, this hurts more than helps. Most of Sabins Blitzes are based off his magic power (Excluding Suplex and Pummel). Sabin does not get any outstanding weapons, thus forcing his high vigor to go to waste, its better to blitz... problem? Sabin has one of the lowest innate mag power in the game.

Equipment wise, Sabins strength once again is the World of Balance. He has good equipment, and really gets some good armour on. Then we get to the world of ruin. His best final armour is the Red Jacket, no outstanding helms and Tiger Fangs? Decent, but nothing outstanding. Sabins fighting skills go to waste, no real outstanding weapons, and since unarmed is out of the question, we are back to blitzes. Sure we can raise his Magic Power, and make him a beast... but there are other options.

So, im playing a file right now, im actually going to try the WoR without Sabin, im about to go to the floating continent... so Sabins out and im going to try something new from the blitz crutch.

Never really thought about that before... a new way to look at him.

I'mn going for the simple choice: Locke. He is the most witted of the group, has the best plot and capture is t3h pwner; i know people gets amazed about the many blitz hits and the coolnes of Sabiun 24 inch muscles, but he is basically a moron; so i don't like him at all, nor that i'm a huge ff6 fan, somehow the game didn't catched me, don'0t ask me why, it's just not in my tastes as if there was great potential in everyone but it wasn't completely exploted. but don't pay any attention to me, i might just be crazy of abuse of alchol(very probable) but, if i had to pick, i'll pick Cole; he is the only one that tries to get some in the whole game (or at least the only one to do it so straight forward that i noticed)

That's because the geniouses behind this game actually gave each of the characters weaknesses. If you look into natural stats alone, they all seem great at something, but have their losses. Like you mentioned with Sabin, let's look at Cyan for a moment. His Sword Techniques are great, but his speed is so impossibly slow that you take a couple hits from the enemy before you can pull off the higher numbers. The worst part? You can't do anything with your other characters while he charges.

The creators actually used their heads with this one. I just wish the esper stat boosts weren't quite so impactful. Which reminds me of something else I glanced over and never commented on the first time...

Which one? Why, Realm, of course. Look at her stats. She has the highest natural magic rating, which, unless I remember incorrectly, is the one ability that cannot be increased with Espers.

Actually, two of the espers increased magic. +1 and +2. Can't remember off the top of my head which ones though. As many times as I've played through this game, I still can't recall everything on a whim.

That explains itself simple, i always remember everything storyline wise of characters i've liked of a game; and i'm really used to think with an overdose of alcohol in my head

I liked shadow. It was cool seeing his dreams and finding out more about his past

i think locke is the best because he's fast and he can steal good items for your party

Although a tough decision, this being one of the best cast of characters ever, I choose Locke as the best. Not only is his steal ability useful but he's quite nice as an all around character. His place in the story is along with his personality are also great. Anyways, Lolosky, you need to share the goods

Why do a lot of people choose Locke? Sure he's cool, no doubt.....but why is HE the 'best'???? He IS fast, but not to strong, he doesn't look the coolest, has a sloppy defence, and average HP........thus by faaaar the best....but that's just me i guess.

I have a tough choice between Shadow and Cyan. Shadow is just all mystery, and be honest, don't tell me you didn't cheer everytime Shadow joined your party. And Cyan, well, he's just the strong swordsman with nothing to lose, and don't tell me you don't like Cyan in your party...

But if i HAD to make a choice...... I would choose........
