This thread has nothing to do with which character you like. Who can you relate to? Whose backstory resembles yours? Yes, even Gogo is acceptable here. (You know, mystery?) You're also allowed to choose the opposition if you'd like. The game's the limit!

Who am I? I'd love to say I'm Ultros, because no matter how often I try, I continue to fail. However, that's not entirely true.

I'd like to think of myself as a Cyan of sorts. I'm a real stand-up guy, you know? I've got morals (most of the time) and I'm pretty old fashioned. And while I may not speak like I'm from a British fairy tale, I understand his character and its complexities. True, his life does not parallel mine. I have not lost a wife or a daughter (good, I'm only 18), but I have lost loved ones in the past as well as recently. He didn't immediately join Sabin, if any of you remember. So maybe he's not good with first encounters? I always make that middle-of-the-road impression. You know, the one that says I'm cool, but I'm a dork at the same time? That one. In any case, I think he's the one that I can relate to more than anyone else.

(But for the record, Sabin IS wicked cool.)

Okay, on a serious note, I think I would be most like a Cyan/Setzer hybrid. Cyan for the archaic speech (which I love using) because it seems to be more of a romantic tongue, but perhaps that is just my crazy, pointless opinion. But I am no master swordsman, nor am I machine-challenged. But all those things, like sending the flowers and writing the letters to the girl in Maranda...yeah, that is totally me. I can have a huge heart when I want to.

As far as Setzer goes, I love to give decisions over to the random nature of chance. The toss of a coin...the roll of a die...for some reason that appeals to me. Not that I am a gambler, by any means, but I am quite intrigued by them. Plus, he has his own dramatic love which is good enough in my books. =P

And Cesar, you know you are more like Gau than anyone else.

First off, I kind of let other people do things for me, although I am capable. And like Edgar, I would go for the throne and let my brother be some stupid monk karate man. And drill people to death. I mean, thats plain funny.

Thing is... I would have said Sabin since he has standed as my favorite character for a long time. Sabin is cool, everybody, please stop starting your post with "Sabin because he is cool" I give props to Pancakes for being creative at least.

But honestly? Giving thought to all the characters, I identify myself with Locke.

No I am not a theif, but im a fan of sharp pointy objects to be sure, (which puts me more at Cyan, but bear with me.) but I like shiney things, and am always willing to get a new treasure, seek after it as you may. I identify since Locke had that little indicent with Rachel... and for me, I had my little incident with Amy for those who know. I really set my heart on being one to try to protect people, especially girls. You could identify the Locke/Celes thing with me and Vanessa, except Locke and Celes got together in the end, and vanessa... is not quite what I thought but thats another story. Im a rather vagabond at heart, not quite set in one place, I can't settle with a single group of friends, can't really stay in one place for long, I like variety and the world in general. Without trying to be arrogant in this, Im rather personable, or try to, and get along with others. I seem to carry a reputation around, and I know many people, or am one of those people who can at least connect you to somebody else. In fact, the more I type this post, the more I feel I identify to Locke the most

Haha, you know, that's a very appropriate post for one who equates himself (or herself, as your gender is unknown to me) to Shadow. Rather mystic and such.

Hmmm well I suppose I could relate best to Setzer and Edgar. For looks I'd go with Setzer, we're both the same height, have pale skin though he is much paler than I could ever be. He has a cool trech coat which I also have one as well, though mine is not as elegant looking. But for personality I'd go with Edgar. I'm just kinda trying to do my own thing, to take care of the ones I know and be as best as I can. I'm just trying to move along in the world and not be a bad person. I hope that sounds good.

Well, I would probably be either Celes or Terra. Celes seems to be emotional at times so I would probably be more like her. I am quite emotional sometimes. I have been a lot lately . I just did a quiz and it told me that I am Gogo LOL. That is something I wasn't expecting. I believe that Celes is closest to my personality. Terra seems to be quiet and distant from people. I am not quiet lol.

Seriously, I think I relate most to Terra. Maybe it's partially because she is the main focus of the game early on; she felt to me to be the main character from the beginning of the game to the WoR. However, I can also relate to her unsureness of herself. I am often very unsure of myself, and I can definitely relate to her wanting to understand love thing, and finding it not necessarily in a life long companion, but maybe in a group of innocents who count on me (this hasn't really happened to me yet, but I would not mind if it did). In real life, I'm also often very distant from people, especially when I first meet them.

However, that would really only be one side of me. I don't know what other character I'd be similar to... maybe Mog? Heh.

In most character personality tests I've taken, however, I usually get Locke. He's my favorite character, so I can't really argue with that

I would probably be Terra. We're about the same age, and I am usually on the more quiet and shy side (which you can kinda tell from my post count once you factor in how long I've been here). It takes me awhile to get comfortable with new people, and I often think about what I am doing and why. Like her, I sometimes struggle to try to find a place to fit in. =/

I think I'm a lot like Sabin (seriously). He works hard for what he believes in, left his family to pursue his own dreams, and while he can be serious he would rather have a good time. No I'm not a good fighter like him, but as far as attitude, I believe his most reflects my own.

Like him, I'd jump in the water after the octopus if it meant saving those I care about. Also, I owe a lot of who I am to my teachers, both in school, church, and other areas, much like Sabin is who he is thanks to Duncan.
