mine is summoner because of usefulness but dragoon looks cooler

also gladiator is very useful but its better to get the finisher ability then use the freelancer or mime job with it

I choose Dragoon all the way! (suprise suprise!). I love the Jump and lancer abilties, and being able to equip spear. Plus when Bartz is a dragoon, he is identical to Kain from FFIV. My second favorite classes are summoner and samurai

I chose Mystic Knight, job just reeks of power to me. Though I do love the White Mage, maybe the most essential job of all.

Dragoons are more my style lol. For one thing....they look awesome, and for another, I've always thought the lance and polearms to be cool weapons. Dont forget the jump ability, it can save your butt countless times.

well my fav jod is monk, cuz it atomatticly attacks and is effective. but since it's not there i would say thief, cuz you can get extra stuff wholy you are fighting!

I'm surprised no one's mentioned Blue Mages yet... >.< They are without a doubt my favorite class. It helps that they're sort of a fighter/mage hybrid, even though they can't equip knight swords or heavy armor. However, the Blue Magic is enough to be considered the best class. Early in the game, I can't tell you how many times I was saved by Blowfish (Thousand Needles), Aqua Rake, Level 3 Flare, or White Wind. Level 5 Death also came in a decent number of times. Hell, I've even found great places to use ???? (undoubtedly the best is when it's Galuf vs. ExDeath, ESPECIALLY if Galuf has lost all his HP by then...). I dunno. Since the beginning of the game, I've always had someone with blue magic in my party, even if I didn't have a Blue Mage. I'd have to say Blue Magic is highly underrated.

What is your favorite Final Fantasy V job?

My favorite job in Final Fantasy V is the Ninja ability, it seems to be more powerful and I like the custume a lot. My second favorite job is summoner ability.

If you're not counting "normal"? Mimes, unquestionably. They don't have an Attack command, but if you plan well Mimic is a much more versatile option. Besides, that stops being a concern when you get X-Attack.
