It wouldn't have suprised me actually because they've done it before., but I personally I wouldn't actually be bothered because it's the game I'm looking forward to.

Yeah they have stated that it's going to feature a reworked translation especially in noticing that names like Reina are changed to Lenna.
I'm not sure about the spells, if they have been translated like that in the past GBA rereleases than i am sure they are doing the same for FF V: A.

Yeah i like them too, i grew up playing games with the number system but either way is fine for me i guess. They will probably go with the newer way but oh well.
