Check this strategy guide out. Is it really that rare? Whats so good about it?

Normally advertising isn't allowed here, but to answer your question, Final Fantasy Tactics is a hard-to-find game as it is, so therefore finding a strategy guide for it would be equally nice if you find one at a good price, which.. it is.

But there are guides at sites like gamefaqs that have equally good guides as well, just the official-lookingness of the strat guides just make it seem cooler.

All strat guides are neat to have, but aren't really necessary unless you like collecting them.

Anyways, I own the original Prima strategy guides for FFVI (III US) and Secret of Mana (Seiken Densetsu II) that I keep with the carts. Mint condition on both.
