Well Beowulf does not have a instant death attack. However Delita and other Holy Knights have crush punch that can cause instant death.

I do like the chef idea, perhaps working a tad different, like having an attack much like vampire but instead of making enemies vampires it would do small damage and add an ability of the enemies class to your list for that fight. That would be interesting.

Class: Rune Knight
Purpose: to stop all wrong doing magic users, act as defenders or police in major cities, with abilities and runes made to weaken or null magical properties or spells cast. with an addition to negating magic, these knights can use their runic ability to absorb magical spell which will make them the target of all magical attacks.

Very interesting thread we have here. Well, I'd add a Judge Magister. Just like Gabranth, this character has all the makings of a powerhouse. Can't think of any skills or spells right now. Just think Gabranth in Dissidia.
