1.) look at the clothes he wears...thats enough by itself
2.) make-up and way to much of it...i can understand a guy will wear makeup occasionally but not this much
3.) his figure just points out chick...there is no bulge

Bwahaha, yeah, Kuja is a guy, and going back to a previous statement made, homosexuality is more widely accepted in Japan than in pretty much any other place in the world, let us look at a few things that prove this
FF7: When you go to get a female wig, you get it from a bunch of guys who squat and you have to beat one of them in a competition.
FF6: I don't know if anyone else noticed, but Kuja isn't the only FF character to wear overly massive amounts of makeup, lets look at Kefka, he wears a fluffy scarf thing (a bono, not sure what it is called) and he wears so much makeup it puts the geisha to shame, and in the Anthologies FMV, his face looks feminine, but you can definitely tell it is a guy.
FF5: Faris, okay, I don't know if anyone noticed this either, but when you get Faris (and she is still thought to be a "he" and the main guy (I forget his name) goes in, followed by Galuf who both come out with hearts in their eyes when they see "him" sleeping, then act surprised later in the game when it is "revealed" that it is indeed a she.
Going a bit off the Final Fantasy, and going more into the Anime/Manga, I also noticed that the same figures are used for guys as gals in quite a few Anime/Manga. I'll give an example, Gundam Wing, seen Heero Yuy? Notice something strange about his the way his body is shaped? The only thing he is missing is breasts and long(er) hair and you have a woman.
Say what you will, doesn't change the fact that Kuja is indeed a guy.

Now, everyone has met a guy who looks too long in the mirror or drives the nice car to match his outfit and is arrogant; multiply it times a thousand and then you're getting close. Generally, as far as real people, they tend to make entertaining and interesting specimens of humanity.

You misunderstand, Kuja is not attempting to look like a woman. He is trying to transcend genders and construct the image of ideal and perfect physical beauty. The fact that all of you hold him to be a woman is probably a sign that he succeeded. Convinced that he is a woman, you are admitting his obvious personal beauty. To him, this would be one more fact to support his theory that he is the most important and perfect being.

Kuja is male, always has been, always will be. The game makes it quite clear from the first time we meet him. Or at least, it was clear to me. I never once had any doubts about him.

Yes he wears makeup, but he's not the first male, villain or otherwise, to do so. Kefka has quite a bit more than him actually. (Damn creepy clown.) He may do so to hide his origins from himself - all Genomes other than Kuja himself look more or less identical, so he's likely attempting to eliminate any possible connection to them.

He dresses a bit odd, but he's not exactly a stable personality, and he's a narcissist anyways. My theory is he uses his physical appearance to help distance himself from the other Genomes, sort of like he's denying any similiarities to them. In his mind, this seems to be interpreted to be as beautiful as he can possibly be, since he thinks Genomes are ugly. I suppose I'd think the same thing too if I was stuck hanging around with a bunch of soulless things for so many years.

In the FMV where he's in Trance, those are not breasts. His clothing wasn't torn/burned away per se, it was partially assimilated. Thus what looks like breasts is actually the chestplate he was wearing before he Tranced.

Of course, these are just my theories on his motives behind his bizarre fashion sense. I actually like his character quite a lot, so my opinion is going to be biased. I'm making assumptions on just about everything anyways, as nothing is ever really revealed, just hinted at.

Kuja is definitely a man. Its been stated in the game itself by Garland and he's pretty much feminine. He likes to wear make-up, wear women's clothing, like poetry, and all that jazz. He's basically a cross-dresser but I wouldn't consider him a tranny or anything. He's just a really feminine guy.

As a villian though, I think he did a great job as that role apart from how he looks. He destroyed Terra, manipulated Brahne and caused a war on Gaia, gained control of the black mages, and I'm impressed. He's not the baddest of the bad, but he's definitely a good one.

It made him funny in a way, knowing he was a guy even though he didn't look it. And while he had nothing on Kefka (ff6), he was still one funny villain. That said, he had Kefka beaten in the brain department, that's a given.
