Favorite Character?

I definitely think Zidane was the best character in the whole game. He was also the strongest and the only Thief you could play as (I love Thieves)! Also, he was the main protagonist and an angel of death. He's awesome!!

My fav. character is Vivi because he used his powers just so that he could find were he comes from and when he finds out he tried his best to help still and kept trying and trying no matter what. Spells were good to and effective ^^

I like Amarant the best. Not entirely sure why but I guess it's because he doesn't want to be a part of the group but allows himself to go along anyway.

I guess Vivi would have to be my favorite. That game is my least favorite and the only one I never replayed. My Favorite part of the game was at the end of the game, when Tantalus once again performs the play I Want to be Your Canary, a line with the words "No cloud, no squall shall hinder us" Made me smile...

Yeah, I smiled at that part too. It took my sister who has also played Final Fantasy a little while to get the reference and all. I've only replayed this game once, yet for FFVII I've probably played it over a million times and FFVIII around ten times.

Yet this game, on my list of FF favorites, is above FFX and FFX-2.

Wow. Tough. I love Blank's bit when he gets petrified in the evil forest. What is it he throws Zidane by the way?
Vivi is just so cute. Even though you can't see his face, that scene on the airship where the sad music plays shows how he feels and I like how he faces up to what's happening with his expiration and other events too.
Quina's love of food is awesome, Steiner's nobility is great and I like how Dagger actually faces the problems in her life, e.g. preparing to face her mother and other parts later on that I'll keep quiet for spoiler sake and not just being a princess who will do nothing. Eiko has a funky anime' like look and her lusting after Zidane is brilliant as you see how he realises what he's been doing to Dagger

But it has to be Zidane. Its great to see a very likeable main character who is completely selfless and wants to help others at any chance. And his flirting at Dagger is priceless as it's not something thats been seen before. I'm not far enough into VIII to know where its going from there and there was love showing with Cloud and Aeris in VII but what happened in IX was so different and fun to see.

From what I can remember(as I've said, I've only played this game through one time), Blank threw a map(which he received from Baku, I believe) that would help the party get to Lindblum. Correct me anyone if I'm wrong.

(Spoilers, maybe? Yes? No?)

I can decide between Eiko or Quina.

Eiko because I found her character rather humorous when she was first introduced into the game, and even though it was pretty much obvious by now that Zidane had feelings toward Garnet/Dagger, Eiko still tried to see if she could win his affection. And that whole love letter business and the scenes that came from her writing the love letter to him I got a good laugh out of.

As for Quina... my favorite he/she/it? character. I always considered Quina a male, but when I was around my friends in real life who've played this game I always refer to him as it. I just love how he can probably eat almost anything you could give him, and I loved the little mini-game where you had to catch the frogs.

I can't choose at all. No, scratch that! I suppose I'll just choose "Can't Decide!", since I can't seem to make a decision.
