Well, at that Level, most enemies will be a piece of cake. However, the bosses will still give you trouble, and the final few floors will be bad news, and I sugget just running from those battles. There are plenty of save points to use, so you don't stay depleted for long.

Level 75 as an average level is like, major overkill for any part of the game (well, outside of those "trials", they are still a it tricky). Zeromus himself shouldnt give you too much trouble but will still pack a bit of a punch, all the monsters that spawn on the way to Zeromus can be a real pain in the arse regardless of your level, they got alot of HP/Defense/Counterattacks etc.

Just remember to keep the MP up, lol.

According to my chart, your level 75 party will survive. Just make precautions with the Ahriman, Flan Princess, Blue Dragon, Armored Fiend, Deathmask, Behemoth, and the Red Dragon. Everything else is a piece of cake. The bosses are level 65, and Zeromus is 68.
