Inventory | Have you beaten Leviathan, and Odin yet? Edit: Looks like Leviathan is all that is necessary. I just beat that darned king of dragons.

And for Leviathan to have anything to do with you, you have to beat his wife, Ashura. Make sure Rosa has "Wall" ... I think you get it at level 35, though that may be "Float".
