FFIV DS Accessory Set

That is definately somthing I'd consider getting, the only problem is it says its only compatible with Nintendo DS Lie Japan.... I live in america so that won't really work out well. Its not to pricey though

Man wtf is SE doing, with the FFIV DS in the works you'd think they would prepare for the global market ahead of time and not just local.. region codes are made of fail T_T

Its a stylus and a decal with a key chain. You aren't installing anything on your DS. The Japanese DS are no different than the US or European ones. It is compatible with any DS, it is just Playasia listing it and so they are just saying that is compatible with the ones in Japan. But there is no way that they can make a stylus or decal for a specific type of DS, they are all the same on the outside. And you can use stick of wood for your stylus and it would still work. The stylus are not unique, it is just a piece of plastic. So you can purchase it and not have any issues with it on your DS.

Yeah I could see why people might be confused with that, but really ALL the DSes are identical and this is just a decoration. The ONLY thing I'd worry about is, it says DS lite which means it probably won't fit correctly on the original, fatter DS.

But yeah, just get your own power cable and not only can you get decals like these, you can import an actual FF design DS. I know there's a black and silver FFIII one, and I think there's one for Ring of Fates too now. I've bought it off ebay but it hasn't arrived yet. It supposedly comes with the DS and the game in a set.

But yeah, tis the only way to get some DSes...
Import and get your own power supply.

Andromeda's right, Dawezy. The FFIV DS Accessory Kit contains just a stylus, a FFIV decal for your DS and a Rydia keychain. I'd like to buy it, but it'll be a while before I do.

Awesome kit, I may look into it when the game comes out in the US. I've never played FFIV! While we're on the subject, does anyone know a good place to buy SE products like chocobos and moogles and all that jazz?

A few stores here and there stock a few items, but you have to be careful. For every real SE product there's 999999 knockoffs.

If you're after that kit in this thread, they're harder to come by now as most stores are out of stock. I found out when I tried to purchase a second set.

If you don't mind a knockoff I'd advise ebay. They tend to be the cheapest and I've bought a few fake chocobos, mogs and cactaur online. I'd advise against the fake earrings though. My mate got a few pairs and had a nasty allergic reaction to whatever cheap metal was used. They have some sort of cheap shit silver paint over a cheap metal.

The manual had this kit for the us. I don't have it on hand, but you can all open your fresh US copy and look on the last page
